Thank you for your quick response. You are right. I did not realize that there was a 5 mm margin not around the "page number box" but around the "text box" because I did not add such a margin by intention. I am used to InDesign and some actions are different. It would help a lot if an extra space added was shown. Nevertheless my problem is solved now. Thanks a lot! Regards, Kurt

The page numbers are placed on the page bottom wit a distance of about 5 mm to the textbox. The number is not shown but the box with blue filling. Making the texbox smaller in hight the number appears. Is there a minimum distance from Page number to a textbox? Looking forward to hearing from you.. Kind regards Kurt Schweizer
