How to disable "Analytics" and Update welcome popup?

I have here an Affinity Photo v2.3 installation on Windows 10. When I launch the program I am getting a prompt requesting me to allow Analytics transfer to Affinity server. If I click NO then at next startup the same prompt re-appears. The prompt says users can change this in settings. But I did not found the corresponding setting. How can I get rid of it forever? Similarly a popup appears every start "Welcome for Updating to 2.3" How can I disable this forever?
