I bought the Serif Affinity Photo 2 (Download) through B7H Photo just the other day I downloaded it through the email they sent. I have tried everything under the sun to get this program to install and open. It appears in the dock for a few seconds and disappears. I don't want a refund, which they refused, but I do want it to work. HELP?!
