Footnote leaning to the right?

Hi here is another image. It all seems straight just the footnotes leaning to one side..I am baffled.

Hello. We just faced another mystery, some of our footnotes are now learning to one side. I checked through support documents and could not find anything. Here is a pic.

Hello. We started using Affinity Publisher - which we love. Now we produced a pdf to upload to Bookvault our printers. The page split into two. Please see the image attached. Are we doing something wrong? When we used pages or indesign this never occured. So to be clear we want to know why it is only saying 124 pages and not 247 as it should. Thanks
