Any idea when the capability will exist within the product to produce contact sheets?
Be really useful I feel.

If I do this, then the file opens without the grid. Surely I don't have to do this for all photos?

I am on Mac (Sonoma 14.2) and using File open, highlight a number of files and open them.

after more investigation, if i load in one image (afphoto or New) it is grid off. If I load in a number of files it always puts the grid on. Never used to happen in v2.2..

Sorry should have explained a bit better! After loading version 2.3, every time I import a photo, the grid is on. I have to go to View, Grid to turn it off again. I just wanted to find it a Setting existed to leave the grid view off.

How do I turn off the grid at default level rather than each time i load a photo?

thanks. it is weird that it is not offered. I can take the photos into almost any other product (even apple photos) and produce a contact sheet!
