Trouble installing Affinity on Windows 8.1 Supported Windows Version not Found
in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Evening all,
I'm having issues installing the 2nd version of Affinity onto my Windows 8.1 machine.
I didn't have any issues with the 1st version but ever since buying the 2nd release, I been having issues including Supported Version Not Found.
I've used winver on the command prompt to confirm it is Windows 8.1 and I have ran the Windows Update utility to get the latest available updates but still no luck.
Could anyone provide me any advice in resolve this issue please?
