11/20/23 Same problem as found here. However all three software apps will not open. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. Reset App Installer and picked photo to open. It worked once. The other two apps continued to show "can't communicate..." message. All three remain unusable with this same message. No changes to my Windows 10 Laptop from 11/19/23 but today they all quit initiating.
