Hello. The exact same problem here. It worked reasonably well for a while, but now although text has previously been able to be formatted, it is no longer selectable or editable. I moved away from Adobe CC as I was so infuriated by Illustrator being very unreliable but would like to believe that I've made the right choice with Affinity. I'm running V2.2 on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.0.
