  1. Hi walt, thanks for the suggestion and it's logical - coming from the PS world as I do - that should be the case. Unfortunately, I've read/heard multiple times that copying masks in Affinity isn't that straightforward. Using the channels window and following lepr's suggestion, I was able to copy the mask and create the spare channel that can then be applied multiple layers (I'm told!). But, I tried your suggestion, the resulting menu options were as per the image. I'm not overly familiar with Affinity Photo yet - being a newbie of 40 something days - and sometimes the inherent "unintended design features" (of which there appear to be many) can confuse such that I can't decide if its my actions/workflow or the software's problems. But I'm always willing to learn - every day's a school day! 👍🏻
  2. Thank you lepr, that works and it looks like I'll be playing "hunt the pixel" from now on... 🙂 It would be a lot quicker and easier if Serif enabled masks to be easily copied a la PS! Hey, ho, what you gain in one hand you lose in the other... 🙂
  3. Hi, I've been using Affinity for a couple of months now so getting familiar with it - I hope. Having waited to upgrade my macOS to Tonoma to ensure Affinity 2 would work, I think I've found a problem. When trying to copy a mask in the Channels panel I'm unable to "control click" to bring up the menu items. Hardware is a Mac mini with the M2 chipset and Sonoma 14.0 OS.
