I have tried to plc a photo in a beveled frame in A.D. Adding a bevel effect to the frame affects the photo. The photo is lightened as soon as the 3-D box is checked, Adjusting the light source affect the photo as well as the frame. It doesn't matter in what order they are combined, the frame and the photo interact. In one combination the frame loses half the beveling. The beveled frame is not a silhouette. Some of the highlight bleeds into the background. I have attached files that demonstrate my comments.

Also: is there any way to fit a photo to a  frame or a frame to a photo without dragging the corners of the photo until it fits the box. I experienced that attempting to size the box to the photo just distorts the photo. AD samplesAD samplesAD samplesAD samplesAD samples
