  1. Yes. Thank goodness. I just did my Time Machine and retrieved 95% of what I lost! So I'm happy about that. I wish I knew why this happened and should i back-up everything every minute or so? Thanks
  2. It looks like it dumped a lot of my data as it is showing around 4.4 MB of info. It had quite a bit more than that before it died.

  4. Hi! I was working on my book... near the end (hours upon hours of work) and publisher closed it out. When I tried to reopen my afpub document, it says the following: Failed to open file, /User/myname/Desktop/bookname.afpub, The file type is not supported. (Yikes!) I am using macOS Monterey Version 12.7 I have been using this for days and no issues until just about an hour ago. I've looked at several forums on here and cannot find a solution or a too bad so sad. Thanks, Terry
