  1. I tried all workaround above with no success including installing from msi file, turning off firewall and make sure no related background tasks are running. I tried to upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 with no success  

    However, after downgrading to 2.1 it instantly started to work again, so I'm just going to stick with 2.1 for now. Maybe I try upgrade again when 2.4 comes out.

     

     

  2. After upgrading to 2.2.0 I see the same issue on all 3 apps (Designer, Photo, Publisher)

    "Cannot communicate with other Affinity apps. Please ensure the app is up-to-date and that your firewall isn't blocking local network traffic"

    Turning off fire walls completely does not help.

    Restarting computer does not help

    Uninstall and re-install all 3 apps does not help.

    Running Windows 11 Home Edition (fully updated)

    Core i3 (11th Gen), 16GB, Plenty of free disk space.

    Did not have any issues before the upgrade.
