Printing Issues

Brian Feazell posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have a photo I edited and exported it out as a Jpeg. I went a changed the document and canvas size to 24 inches by 36 inches and saved those settings. however when i print to our HP Designjet 800PS poster printer it prints 8.5x11. However when we sent it to the printer from a PC using Adobe it printed right. Can anyone help?
