Hey all, I just wanted to chime in that I've suffered from the broken Export keyboard shortcut as well. I've attached a video of it not working.
To help, here's my current setup:
MacBook Pro M1 Pro
macOS 13.5.2
Affinity Photo 2.2.0
I'm almost certain the shortcut worked fine when 2.0 launched. It was a subsequent release that broke the shortcut, and before updating to 2.2.0 tonight I know the shortcut was broken with 2.1.x too.
I also removed a couple of apps on my machine that had anything to do with custom global shortcuts, just to rule out something interfering. Despite this the Export keyboard shortcut refused to be recognized. I was definitely able to use the shortcut with these same apps in their same configuration with 2.0, so I doubt anything else on my machine is to blame.
