  1. I have a group of .jpg pictures that have been edited with Affinity Photo. When I look at this file in Windows Explorer, some of the pictures have a thumbnail that shows the picture content. Other thumbnails have a generic icon. The pictures that have the generic icon will not open with Affinity Photo, Photoshop, or photo viewers. When I look at the file properties of these pictures, it shows that they are .jpg pictures and about 1 mega-pixel. If I try right clicking on these pictures, and select, open with, I always get the error message, This file type is not supported even though the file type is .jpg. I just wondered if I have a software problem with Affinity Photo or a problem with my computer. The majority of the edited pictures don't have this problem.
