What has that got to do with the question, as AP doesn't have the same features for this as PS

So used to PS doing this but can't find a simple way to create a shadow in AP. Say when placing a person in a landscape and a shadow is needed to make the image look realistic. Any help appreciated.

Hi Pauls Yes that is the option in the toolbar. I will try another reset and if not re-install it after deleting it.

Hi Lee already tried that, thanks, no different, the clone tool is ok but not the healing brush tool pretty weird

HI When I use the healing brush tool after setting the selection and the n painting over the part to heal, the selection crosshair does not follow the brush.... I assume this is not how it should be. Am I doing something wrong?

Well after editing a few images in Affinity Photo and having them accepted by my agents I bought the program, still learning but loving it..

One problem I found using separated mode is that my Nik pugs are greyed out with the image on the second screen

Hi Firstly can affinity work with dual screens, one for the image and the other for the tools. Also I noticed a Plugins menu in the filters section is this to be added or are there plugins for this program. Using the trial at the moment would love to dump photoshop.... :D
