Designer 2 will not open

DMcCoy posted a topic in V2 Bugs found on Windows

I have a personal laptop I work on at home. I just bought a license for Affinity Designer 2. I downloaded the application and installed it on my laptop. When I try to launch the application it does absolutely nothing. I am kind of lost as to what to do. Can you help?
