  1. I accidentally embedded a large image once, and even though I removed it, the file size never went down. My file is now permanently 100x what it should be. Searching the V1 board, I found out that Affinity files keep all the old data, just adding changes, until it reaches a certain point, at which time it does a clean-up. I don't think I'll ever reach that point, as I link all my images now. There should really be an option somewhere to clean up old data in your file (garbage collect). It's so frustrating having to live with large files that don't get cleaned up because the original mistake was so egregious. My file is currently 200MB, with no embedded images at all.
  2. Ah, yes, I did indeed change the DPI I was using from 300dpi to 600dpi when I created a new document, but I copied many of my objects over. Thanks so much for your help! You've saved me so many hours of repetative rescaling! (keep this bug report open, as it is indeed a bug and the workaround involves reauthoring)
  3. Those files you attached work great! Copying these to my files works well, too, even when they're not set to pixels. I can't figure out how you got it to work, though. Is there a setting in the pins' groups that you changed or something?
  4. Pinning is great agt 300dpi. If at another DPI, however, every time you copy/paste something, even in the same document, the pins are scaled incorrectly. This gets frustrating fast, when you have to copy objects a lot, such as with assets. When pasting on non-300dpi, the offets are incorrect as well as the scale. 150dpi.afpub 300dpi.afpub 600dpi.afpub
