I tried what you suggested and it has done nothing. I don't think it's a permission issue as I have full privaliges on this site. But I did try installing 2.1 manually and registering it and it works. But unfortuntely I now have both versions installed. The app doesn't appear to be updating automatically. Andy

This didn't work. Could it be related to the fact that the packaging team have disabled Affinity ID funtionality for distribution?

Does anyone else have any input on this? It looks like everything is installed and used appropriately but the software still isn't working as intended. Any more help would be appreciated. Andy

Is there a way that we can have presets on the affinity packages so that when we open them they have the same tools? So basically, when we open the file, we can have the software preset with only the tools and features we need so the screen is less cluttered. Also when we open up the affinity packages there is no option to select a page size. We have to click "file" then "new from last preset". This means that pupils must input the specific size of page if they are using a different size from A4. Is there a way to do this better? Thanks

Hi Lee, we are using .EXE and all apps are the same version. I have also tried launching the apps at least once and to no avail. Andy

Hi all, we puchased; as a site licence and it has been packaged by the team. The software installs properly and works. But the issue is relating to the persona and when you try to move between apps in the suite it said that they are not installed. But you can access the apps manually as they are installed. I have tried opening each app individually as suggested in other threads but it still shows as uninstalled under personas. Any help would be appreciated. Andy
