I've made my own assets thank you by importing shapes that I've made using CA2 but I would prefer the ability to make new ones directly in Affinity.

If you Group the decorative border image with Publisher’s Picture Frame to make one “object” you can then save it as an Asset in Publisher for easy future use.
Once saved as an Asset it can be dragged into any document, expand it, select the Picture Frame element and add your chosen image to it.

That's basically what I did, but rather than a rectangle, I used curves, as not all of the frames that I have made are rectangular. Many are very odd shapes. Same principle though. Thanks

... or draw rectangle into frame, and image clipped into rectangle.
