When opening a RAW photo in the Develop Persona presets are shown, but their settings are not applied. I have always to switch to another preset an back again to get the settings I have choosen for my preset. Therefore it is better to show no preset, because then I know I have to choose one to get the effects. A shown preset with no settings applied is misleading and completely useless.
