I think you still don't understand @anto. It all depends on the file.
Applying "No fill" does nothing other than remove the color. "No fill" does not remove the formatting information from the cell but changes it to "No fill".
And since technically the cell still contains data, in this case data that says "No Fill", Apub takes this into account, parser interprets the cell as not empty, and takes the cell into account when you create the table.
All that can be avoided but you need to remove the formatting and data correctly in libreOffice Calc. Then there will be no problem in APub. That's why it is file dependent.
This is how you sholud do it in libreOffice:
to remove numerical data from cel use "DELEDE" to remove fill, borders, conditional formatting use "Clear directional formatting" shortcut CTRL+M. Could the parser in Apub be better and have more options. Of course, but you cannot expect miracles and that it will be written in such a way that it takes into account every possible scenario if the source file is poorly formatted. Not to mention that each program has an individual approach and works differently when it comes to exporting files with a specific extension. Covering all the possibilities is just not possible.

    Hi @Gnaciux,
Thanks for the files, you're correct in that it's not possible to export your .afbook file out to a PDF with the bleedbox included, though the problem is not specific to your file as on Windows I cannot export a basic blank document with bleed included via the Book export function, the option remains disabled regardless and I have to manually export out the individual chapter(s) to get a bleed.
In my earlier post I had only conducted the test on Mac where the 'Include Bleed' option remains accessible so long as there is a bleed set on the chapters, i'll get this Windows-specific bug logged with the developers.
I've not identified a way to workaround this on Windows outside of manually exporting out the individual chapters, though as a one off since I have access to both Mac and Windows I can offer to export your .afbook file from MacOS with bleed if you send me a screenshot of your desired PDF export settings and send you a private download link for the file.

In libre office - Select all, then unselect the columns you want to keep. Then delete the columns you dont need (sheet, delete columns)

PE1 got a reaction from MikeW in APub 2.3: Images are upscaled when exporting to PDF
I believe the DPI settings that you entered is the reason your images have higher DPI on export. You used the presets. Based on what I read, the application was simply doing what you told it to do. I believe, you do have the ability to change this for your banner requirment.
I downloaded your pdf with the stars graphic each having 148 DPI as described in your setup and successfully exported it to PDF x1a, X3 and 1.7.  with all of the images maintaining thier 148 DPI. None of the images DPI changed because of the settings I used. Is this the result you are looking for?
