Hi I cant locate my layers panel. I tried re-installing the program hoping it would re-appear. What should I do?

Hi Im hoping someone is able to help me. I designed some artwork using affinity and when I wanted to scale it down the text kept a larger size. I played around with some things hoping to fix it but now I cant select objects individually anymore. Is there a way for me to reverse it as I'd like to edit some colours?
