Using Macbook Air and Nikon Raw files (.NEF) and unfortunately updated to Affinity 2.1.1. When I open a NEF-file the toolbar is cut short. The options are only file, edit, view, window and help. I have tried the instruction for accessing layers but with no success so far. According to help I should activate somehow in layer menu, but I do not understand. In Affintity 2,1 panels opened automatically when I opened a raw file.
