Tysm! I did turn it off for the entire document to see if that would help, but it didn't. I found the Ignore Baseline Grid button and voila, It worked! Thank you so much! You have saved me a ton of worry!

I am having a terrible time with my tables. On like every 3rd or 4th row, the height of the row changes when I begin typing something into the cells. I even made a table in another Publisher 2 document (which came out great), but when I copied it into this document, all the spacing is hosed up and will not allow me to change it. I tried updating the Table Body+ style, but with not luck. It always goes back to putting its own sizing in. Can anyone help?

Hi everyone. I am looking for an expert who can convert a 300+ page Word document into Affinity Publisher 2. It is an instruction book and contains many tables. I don't know this program very well and am having to learn as I go.

When I copy and paste a few lines of column text from Word into Affinity 2.2, the text doesn't stay in the first column (this is only about 6 lines of text). Part of it goes into the first column, but then the rest of it goes at the top of the next column. I can't figure out how to fix this. Please help.

Yes, I am trying to link a text frame to a table that begins on the next page. That particular next page has wording as well as a table. The text frame on page 28 has automatically linked to page 30. That's not the way it should be, is it?

How do I make a page link to the next page that begins with a table? It links to the page after the table.

How do I remove a child layer from a parent layer? Also, how do I move a table to another page?

I changed the leading on my Master page and now the text is more than one page. I tried to fix that on the publication page, but it skips the left-hand page and puts the text on a new right-hand page, and the spacing is all messed up. I don't know how to fix this problem. Can someone help me? I need a class to teach me how to use this program! LOL

I am almost 60 pages into my Publisher 2.2 document. The lines are too close together, so I need to adjust the leading for the entire document. How do I do that? The only answers I can find are for a selected paragraph.

Hello. I have inserted a .png image into my Affinity Publisher 2.2. I know what the RGB color numbers are because I had the same picture in a Word doc. Now I need to check each color in this Publisher doc to make sure it has the correct CMYK correlation. How do I do that?

After 50 or pages into my document (non-fiction book), I realized that my formatting setup was for Legal and I changed it to Letter. Now everything, margins, text boxes, are all out whack. What in the world do I do?

In my Pages section, my linked text frame has x's all around the frame instead of circles. I need to change the size of the frame. How do I get the circles to come back on the page?

I have been working on a document for about a week now. This morning I realized that each time Affinity Publisher 2.1 is opened, it creates a new document instead of bringing up the one I was last working on. So, at this point, I'm not sure if I set everything up correctly. How do I determine that?
