If someone want use this icons, simply open one .png file with Preview on Mac. Select the icon with [cmd+a] and then press [cmd+c] to copy that file. Go to your application folder and click with right mouse on the app and choose information. Click on the icon on the upper left corner and press [cmd+v]. If you want go back to the original icon, open app-information again, click on the icon and press [delete].
 

Here are two free online converter which I use. Very good and fast for simple graphics.

Simply great an empty Artboard in AD and open it in AP. It fully works. You can now drag elements outside the document as in AD, this is great for composing something or make more pages side by side. You can even copy the artboards oder change the size. I didn't know about this feature and thought it's only for AD. Maybe it helps some of you. I like to work with this!

I've been able to replicate this issue across the apps on mac and it has now been logged with the developers for resolution.
 

Preferences > Tools > Nudge Distance
What values do you see there? Shift key is the modifier here, which might imply that your regular nudge value has accidentally been set to 0.
For the record, in APh I use nudge values 1 px and 10 px.

Are there any reasons why 1.6 still didn't get its own Artboard function?
Artboards are really useful, even if you work with photos only. It should be possible to create own Artboards without AD.

I hardly used the Desktop version until Serif introduced the light interface and have great difficulties with the iPad. The button I use the most is the Tooltip ?.
I don't understand their fetish with black unreadable interfaces 
Great software ruined by an awful interface IMHO. I really like the software with the light interface though, so I'm hoping they will see reason and listen to the complaints. At least a choice between unreadable black and usable light interfaces for normal people.
It is even worse for people who have less than 20/20 vision, like most of us.

Here the same! I have good eyes, but when working in bright light (eg outside) you can not really see the icons very well.
The file system also remains annoying. I read that many people would like a similar system as in, for example, Linea or Procreate.

Same here. It is very straining to have dark studios. 
Assets and styles are almost invisible on the dark background. The studios (and tools tray) should be white - I seldom, if ever, have white styles or assets, and the icons would be much easier to distinguish.

A light interface for the ipad would be so helpful, my eyes aren’t that good and working with brightness on full only works during the daytime......so please consider this request

With enabled 'Metal Compute' I get the worst performance on my system. The whole software gets massive slowdowns. Terrible stutters in zooming and moving a picture and in rendering and set live-effects.
If I deactivate it, it makes no matter if I choose Metal or OpenGL, both runs relativly smooth, whitout stuttering and slowdowns.
I hoped that 1.7 gets a performance boost, but sadly not on my system.

The new 1.7.1 Update brings no performance improvement on my system. Metal Compute is still unusable.
