    FOUND THE SOLUTION
     
    Download cs.json file (File attached below) %UserProfile%\.affinity\Common\2.0\  Replace cs.json file (By default it is hidden) Might have to click "Close" one last time The message disappears What difference between cs.json file and one attached
    Adds " “HighestAppVersionSeen” : 2.1.1, "

    Ok I understand, well usually then the Affinity support should be able to tell you, which the needed steps here are to get rid of those permanent showups!

    No, I'm actually on MacOS and there setup files are different (more Mac related plist-files) than on Win. Under Win I would look through some XML files etc. and search through the Win Registry after Affinity apps settings.

    I change settings in preferences and it is remembered it after I restarted the application.

    I am still have the popup though.

    Yeah, I have been starting the apps. individually I justed wanted to see if the same problem occurred in all three. 

    Hold ctrl and clear all user data (Even selecting all items, and even selecting 3 options) nothing changes at all
