FOUND THE SOLUTION
 

1. Download cs.json file (File attached below)
2. %UserProfile%\.affinity\Common\2.0\ 
3. Replace cs.json file (By default it is hidden)
4. Might have to click "Close" one last time
5. The message disappears

What difference between cs.json file and one attached
Adds " “HighestAppVersionSeen” : 2.1.1, "

I am sorry, I cant edit either registry or Affinity settings since I do not know how edit either one of things

Do you where Affinity settings files or where registry Affinity setting is for that popup?

I change settings in preferences and it is remembered it after I restarted the application.

I am still have the popup though.

I already uninstalled the software and re-downloaded from website using opposite installer, no change.

I have two machine a desktop and laptop both of them are having this problem (The both have different setups like desktop is win10 and laptop win11. There is alot more differences to them both.)

Also, running without internet I keep getting the same popup. 

thank you, I know I can have v1 and v2. The reason I am choosing that is software list get to long when I right click ( I have other photo editing tools already as well)

Additional info updating to 2.1.1 does not change anything

I decide to downgrade to Affinity Suite 1 until the issue is resolved in Affinity Suite 2 (The problem annoying me to much to continue, using).

Yeah, I have been starting the apps. individually I justed wanted to see if the same problem occurred in all three. 

Hold ctrl and clear all user data (Even selecting all items, and even selecting 3 options) nothing changes at all

I keeps getting every single time I open affinity.

Nothing removes this, I tried restarting my computer, trying all three options and running as admin, even reinstalling does nothing. uninstalling/restarting/ installing, installing exe version

Also all the products take longer to reopen
