in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

My husband purchased affinity photo a month ago. I don't believe he signed in to his apple store account when purchasing because on the receipt he received his email address is listed as his apple ID, which is not his correct. We are trying to load affinity photo on another computer and can't seem to get access the application. How else could I go about this to get access to the app? I would appreciate any help in this matter.
