Hi Walt
As I mentioned, I'm getting older by the minute
And I'm a little bit lost
If I get your message correctly, I juste uninslall all thre programs via the settings menu of Windows and install these
Is that correct? I don't wish to make any further mistakes
Thanks for the help

Hello
It seems that my answers were not posted, I must have done something wrong
So here are both my answers in one shot
I may I firstly thank you for the VERY QUICK response ;-)))))))))
And yes the problems are linked
To solve my Outlook problem the only solution was to move the *.pst file back to drive C
And it seems that that has caused the problem
It seems that the firewall (Trend Micro) has lost track of the Affinity programs
Even when I try to add them to the list (C:Users/codevrix/Appdata/Local/Microsoft/WindowsApps/affinity photo
The answer is ‘’The system cannot access this file’’
So I have no idea on how to add the Affinity to the accepted files on my firewall
Is it due to the fact that my firewall is looking for Programs and not Apps?
It’s very upsetting as I’ve been so pleased with the work possible with Affinity products ever since PhotoPlus &Co
Just one last little info I think you should be aware of I’m seventy five years old and even if most of my life was ‘’Computer’’ (I was the main trainer for Promethean’s Activinspire software in Belgium) My ‘‘Technical side’’ of all this is definitely not up to date!!!!So I really do need help
Once again thank you for your speedy reaction

And then I sent this
Hi Walt ;-)))))))))))))))))))))
Yep, I’m smiling again Problem solved !!!!!!
Not in the most clever way, but easy and quick (more or less)
All I did was do a full de-installation including deleting the full .Affinity folder in Roaming of all three Apps (Photo, Designer, Publisher) and re-install them all three
Ok I lost my preference, I have to re-install all my add-ons etcBut it seems to work as it used to
Thanks for the help and, don’t take it badly, I’m hoping never to have to call you againThanks again for the help

Hello
I've been a Serif fan since the early 2000 and still madly in love with it
BUT, Yesterday I had a problem with Outlook that has now been solved
The actual problem is that I can no longer open any Affinity software ;-(((((
No communication can be established .......I've tried the advices found here and elsewhere
I'm not a computer genius and I would seriously appreciate if someone could advice me on how to enable acces throught the firewallI'm on an oldish (2012) Dell desktop running on Windows 10 (last update a week ago)
Thanks a milion (OK, I won't exagerate anymor, thank you only once but with all my heart) for helping an old man
