Welcome to the forums jmfmem :) Have you tried using Image Stacks from File > New Stack? It contains several Stack Modes that may give you the required effect. Feel free to attach your LRGB images to this thread and I will see what's possible :)

You can taper a curve in AP by going to Stroke Properties and playing with the Pressure Profile option.

Do you have the Edge Aware option ticked on the Context Toolbar? It's to the right of the Size and Hardness settings. Do you get the same issue if you start a new document, add a blank Pixel layer and use the Overlay Paint Tool in the Develop Persona?

I've just tried again and some videos are downloading and some are not. They all seem to download correctly in Safari though.

The help section in Affinity Photo has a section explaining how to install plugins. If you go to Help > Affinity Photo Help and search for plugins you will find more information :)

It's not possible to change the default profile but you can select other profiles by going to Color Sliders and clicking the Cog next to the drop down menu:

Sounds like you're exporting your 3" square at 300 dpi. Select the square and go to File > Export, select SVG then Selection without background from Area and set 72 in DPI and export. You should now get the correct dimensions when opened into Graphic or SSDE.

The colour picker used in Hype is Apple's Color Picker and it uses the Generic RGB colour profile. You could try changing your document's colour profile to Generic RGB to see if this improves things.

No. The Macro Persona is used to record and playback actions within the app. It's similar to Actions in PS.

There's no way to automate this within app but you could use Apple Script editor to create a simple app that launches FontExplorer first and then opens AD several seconds later. Something like this: activate application "FontExplorer X Pro" delay 5 activate application "Affinity Designer"

In the Character Panel try setting the Baseline setting under Positioning and Transform back to 0pt.

If you're confident that you're using the correct Apple ID I would delete Affinity Photo from your Mac and reinstall it again from the Mac App Store.

Welcome to the forums DanielFS31 :) You can try un-ticking Use hardware OpenGL option in Preferences > Performance but not sure if it will fix your issue. Running OS X in VM on Windows is very laggy and the majority of Mac apps will give poor performance compared to running the apps on a native Mac machine.
