  1. Welcome to the forums outlawratty :) I'm not seeing this on my Macbook Pro or Thunderbolt Display. Is it possible to take a screenshot and post it here?
  2. Hi Mano Brito :) There's not automatic feature at the moment within the app - I'm sure it will come in the future. You could export your design to PDF with bleeds and crop marks enabled and then use Apple's Preview to print multiple copies of the PDF on A4. Alternatively, you could create an A4 document in Designer and then use File > Place to add your PDF the page. You can the duplicate the placed PDF as many times as you need and position Designer doesn't have an Offset Path yet but MEB has a workaround in the following thread: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/16597-offset-path/?p=75199 Hope this helps!
  3. Welcome to the forums elisabeth_k :) This will happen because your Adjustment Layer has a mask that's been created from the previous selection. To edit another part of the image that is selected you will need to add another Adjustment Layer.
  4. There's no Workflow or equivalent option within the Develop Persona to do this. You need to go into the Photo Persona to resize the document. Feel free to ask for it in the Feature Request section.
  5. You’re correct, the Panorama and Stack personas do end up in the Photo persona but these Personas require that you select and open several images before editing. To me, the File menu seems like the best place for these options to be. Adjustments made in the Develop Persona are lost after committing. This is expected behaviour for now. Our developers have plans to include Non destructive develop layers in the future :) More information can be found here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/10075-affinity-photo-feature-roadmap/ If you feel the app is missing a feature or you have a suggestion that you think will make the better for you and other users, feel free to start a thread in our Feature Request section: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/6-feature-requests/ Leigh

  7. It's not something I can replicate. If this happens again let us know and we'll investigate further :)
  8. Welcome to the forum :) This video should help: Extensions for Apple Photos - the first 40 secs explain how to enable our extensions within Apple Photos.
  9. Is it possible to send a copy of your project to me via PM for me to look at?
  10. Our developers are hoping to add Automatic Lens Correction in the future. You're not missing anything. Crop to opaque is only available to the Crop Tool in the Panorama Persona. Feel free to add your request for the Crop to opaque to be added to the other Crop Tools in our Feature Request section :)
  11. You just double-click anywhere within the grid to add nodes. If you go to Help > Affinity Photo Help and search for Mesh Warping you will find more information on how to use the Mesh Warp Tool :)
  12. I downloaded Silhouette Studio Basic Edition to test but it doesn't support .SVG files. I will try and get the Digital Edition to see what could be happening. Have you tried exporting from Affinity as .PDF instead of .SVG to see if that works any better SSDE?
  13. I've not been able to replicate this at all. Does the Overlay Gradient Tool work on the top section of the image? You could try resetting the app back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app.
  14. This is intentional at the moment but our devs have plans to bring in sticky settings soon :)
  15. To change the Rendering Indent when converting you need to change the Rendering Indent in Preferences > Colour Profiles before using Convert ICC Profile... Hopefully in the future the option to change Rendering Indent will be included in the Convert ICC Profile window.
  16. That's what I thought but the help states the following: "However, it does not affect the final print or export of your photo. It is always non-printing and non-exporting. You will need to replicate the options of the soft proof at the print or export stage." :/
  17. Sorry for not replying sooner. The normal workflow would be to add a Soft Proof Layer and select the desired colour profile to check for colour issues and make any relevant adjustments. You would then go to File > Print > Color Matching > Colorsync and select the same colour profile and print. However, I’m having similar issues when using Gamut Check with the Moab Entrada Bright White 3800.icc profile when compared to other apps. I will log this with our developers. According to the help the Soft Proof Layer should not be visible when printed or exported but this isn’t the case - I’m going to log this with our developers too.
  18. I hope this helps The majority of the settings found in the Clear User Data window can be found in: For Mac: /Users/{your username}/Library/Containers/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto/Data/Library/Application Support/user/ For Windows: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0\user\ Clear User Defaults This will clear any custom settings made within the Preferences panel. It will also reset any changes made to the Toolbar, Tools and Context Toolbar back to their default settings. This option is also available in Preferences > Misc > Reset User Defaults. Don’t Restore Windows and Documents This is normally used to stop the app from trying to restore a previous document that closed unexpectedly. This option is also available in Preferences > Misc > Reset Object Styles These settings are stored in objectstyles.propcol and can also be exported from Styles Panel. These settings are stored in: snapping_options.dat ( If you have no custom presets this file will not exist ) Reset Fills This will delete any Application Palettes you've added to the Swatches Panel. Replacement fonts are automatically selected the next time you open a file missing the same font. These settings are stored in: font_map.dat ( If you have no font replacements this file will not exist ) Please note: This is different from Preferences > Misc > Reset Fonts. This option forces Affinity to Reload/Repopulate fonts listed in the app. This can be useful when using 3rd Party apps to load fonts.
