To export an image from Apple Photos as a RAW image you need to go to File > Export > Export Unmodified. Alternatively, you could use Affinity Photo's extensions in Photos to make simple adjustments to your images. More information here: https://vimeo.com/147726960- 1 reply

Thanks for the update :) Are you still having problems with cloning? If any of the layers are an Image Layer you will need to Rasterise them first.

What if you created a Spare channel from your selection and then loaded it to the Alpha for each layer individually?

Which settings are you wanting to save? You can already save custom presets within the Export Options Panel.

Welcome to the forum mczilla :) Both apps can be installed along side each other without causing any issues. I would delete the trial version if you have the Mac App Store version installed as you won't using it :)

Willkommen im Forum horst :) Mein System verwendet . als Dezimaltrennzeichen. Wenn ich 20,8 und Reiter in das nächste Feld eingeben, werden die Dimension nicht aktualisiert. Ich bin mit den bisherigen Dimensionen links. Wenn ich meine Systeme verändern zu verwenden , da das Dezimaltrennzeichen funktioniert es einwandfrei und die richtigen Dimensionen gezeigt. Welcher Standort ist Ihr Mac-Setup zu benutzen?

Welcome to the forums ashokv :) You can open multiple images from Lightroom into Affinity Photo but you can only edit one image at a time. Affinity Photo doesn't manage libraries/groups of images - it's a photo editor. We do have plans to release a dedicated DAM app in the future tho :) We also have plans to add actions and macros to Affinity Photo in the future, making it easier to apply the same presets and settings to multiple images :D

Unfortunately, there's not an option within the app to convert Artistic Text to a Text Frame or vice versa. As you've already explained, copying & pasting between the two is the only option at the moment.

Which app are you copying your text from? I've just tried TextEdit and custom text attributes are carried across into AD.

Thanks for the file bodich :) This is most probably happening because you're using a different Resample method when using File > Export and the Export Persona. If you set the Resample method to Bilinear when exporting from both areas the line will not appear :)

Welcome to the forums KatjaSohl! The simplest way would be to the use the Rectangle Tool from the left hand toolbar, make a shape to fit your canvas and apply a colour to it from the Colour Panel. You then need to drag this layer down below your Text layer in the Layers Panel :)

I've just saved a 2GB+ file without any issues. It took around 3-5 mins to save. Have you been able to open AP correctly since your last post?
