@PotatoCarl Wissen Sie, welchen Build von Windows 2019 Server Sie haben? Wenn Sie Build 1809 haben, funktioniert Affinity V2 leider nicht, da es Windows 11 oder Windows 10 Mai 2020 Update (2004, 20H1, Build 19041) oder höher erfordert.

Können Sie versuchen, die App noch einmal mit dem folgenden Powershell-Befehl zu deinstallieren:
Remove-AppxPackage -Package "SerifEuropeLtd.AffinityPhoto2_200.0.1640.0_x64__844sdzfcmm7k0"
Sobald Sie dies getan haben, können Sie versuchen, die App erneut über Powershell zu installieren:
Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Benutzer\MeinBenutzername\Downloads\affinity-photo-2.0.0.msix" -DependencyPath "https://aka.ms/Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx" -
Kannst du bitte noch etwas für mich tun? Können Sie PowerShell als Administrator öffnen und den folgenden Befehl ausführen:
AppxPackage –AllUsers -Name *Affinity*
Ist es möglich, einen Screenshot der Ergebnisse zu machen oder sie zu kopieren und in eine Textdatei einzufügen?

It's working for me from the Library page in the MS Store app:
Perhaps log out and back into the MS Store. If that fails, contact Microsoft to see if they can help.

Ok, danke fürs Prüfen. Ich schaue mir das genauer an, da ich mir nicht sicher bin, was das Problem sein könnte. Die Tatsache, dass die anderen beiden Apps funktionieren, ist verwirrend - normalerweise funktionieren sie alle oder keine 😅

Danke für den Versuch. Es ist seltsam, dass sowohl die MS Store- als auch die MSIX-Version nicht für Photo funktionieren, aber für die anderen beiden Apps.
Haben Sie Antiviren- oder Malware-Apps von Drittanbietern installiert? Vielleicht wurde Affinity Photo 2 nicht mehr ausgeführt? Sie können ein neues Benutzerkonto ausprobieren, um zu sehen, ob es als Test funktioniert.

Danke für die Antwort. Diese Meldung kann manchmal auftreten, wenn die Berechtigungen für den WindowsApps-Ordner geändert wurden. Ist das etwas, das hätte geändert werden können?

Unfortunately, we're aware of an issue affecting users on macOS Ventura when trying to save to an external drive such as a flash drive that has a FAT partition.
You will be able to initially save to the flash drive as expected but any subsequent saves to the same file will give the error:
"Failed to save document. Save failed because access to the file was lost. The document must now be closed."
This issue is logged with our developers for further investigation but saving locally and to a non FAT partitions is unaffected.

The error "The data area passed to a system call is too small" can appear when trying to run Affinity V2 on Windows. This issue is related to how Affinity V2 installs into the WindowsApps folder and Microsoft SQL Server. The below KB update from Microsoft should resolve the issue:

Findest du die App unter "Einstellungen" > "Apps" > "App & Features".

Dies geschieht, weil Sie nicht gleichzeitig die MSIX- und die MS Store-Version installieren können. Deinstallieren Sie die MSIX-Version und versuchen Sie es erneut.
