  1. I've not forgotten about you - i'm waiting for our QA team to get back to me.
  2. Hi @Amy7 - Does the app start before you get the 'Not Responding' message? Could you go to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\ and rename the folder to 1.0 Old and then reboot the machine and try starting the app again please?
  3. Welcome to the forum Wlwlad Unfortunately, we've had quite a few users report seeing the "Loading Fonts..." message on the startup screen before the app crashes to desktop. This is an issue our developers are investigating but in the meantime you can re-install 1.7.3 to get the apps working again: https://store.serif.com/update/windows/photo/1/ https://store.serif.com/update/windows/designer/1/ https://store.serif.com/update/windows/publisher/1/ When I have more information on this issue, I will let you know.
  4. Welcome to the forum I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues saving. Can you remember which document preset you used to create your new document?
  5. I think they have all the info they need at the moment. I'm hoping to have an update soon but if we need any additional information from you, I will let you know.
  6. Thanks for uploading the examples. I will take a look and reply when I have an update.
  7. I would uninstall and then reinstall 1.7.3 for the time being. A very small number of users did report this issue with 1.7.3 but it appeared to happen at random times when opening the app.
  8. Hi @GaylordThe below links should work for you https://store.serif.com/update/macos/designer/1/ https://store.serif.com/update/macos/photo/1/ https://store.serif.com/update/macos/publisher/1/
  9. Thanks for replying @Peter Beaves I can see from your other thread that you're getting the Startup screen that states it's loading fonts and then crashes. This issue is affecting some users and our developers are investigating but in the meantime I can only suggest that you downgrade to the 1.7.3 version until our developers figure out what's causing the issue. It can be downloaded from here: https://store.serif.com/update/windows/photo/1/ When I have more information about this issue, I will update this thread.
  10. Thanks for replying. Is it possible to send me a copy of your Applications Log via PM so I can look into this further?
  11. It seems that you're having issues installing the update. Can you attach your setup log files to this thread? Please read the following thread for more information on how to do this.
  12. Is it possible to upload some example documents to our dropbox account using the below link? This will allow us to look into this further for you. <LINK REMOVED>
  13. I've been able to replicate your first issue and i've logged it with our developers to be looked at. Thanks for letting us know.
  14. I haven't be able to replicate with your fonts - the developers are still investigating.
  15. Sounds very similar. Are you able to send me a copy of Event Viewer Logs via PM and i'll take a look.
  16. Welcome to the forum Krystman Unfortunately, this is an issue our developers are currently investigating. A handful of users had this issue randomly happening when using 1.7.3 but it seems to be affecting more users after the 1.8 update. When I have an update on this issue, I will let you know.
  17. Sounds like you need to update .NET on your machine. Try downloading and installing the latest runtime from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
  18. Have you updated your apps to 1.8? Is it possible to upload your corrupted document to our Dropbox account using the belowlink? This will allow us to look into this further for you. https://www.dropbox.com/request/zvkPGVCeLlNqyGoByK8F
  19. Unfortunately, this is the only workaround at the moment. Our developers are investigating - when I have more information, I will let you all know.
