    Welcome to the forum Our apps just use the standard silent install switches but you can only create an .msi file if you have a Product Key for the purchased version. The deployment guide is intended for multi user environments.

    Looks like it installed correctly. If you go to C:\Program Files\Affinity\Photo\ do you not have a Photo.exe file?

    If you expand the first layer you will see that the next sub layer is an image layer. If you hide or delete this, you will see the vector objects. You can then go to Document Setup > Colour and tick Transparent background.

    Thanks for replying. I agree, variables that can pick information from within the document would be useful. Not sure if you're already aware but you could speed things up if you use Path Components to recreate an existing folder structure or a new one when exporting. I have a folder on my desktop called Client and sub folder called Project. The exported slice will be called design1a. When I then export this slice, I select Desktop when prompted and click export - the app will then save design1a into Client/Project/ - Alternatively, you could just create a new folder structure on export. Hope that helps!

    Welcome to the forum Armdy That's strange. The ProgramData folder is normally in the root of c:\ but yours appears to be in AppData for some reason. Do you have a C:\ProgramData folder? It may be hidden.

    Welcome to the forum PhotoBill No need to uninstall - when you next launch the app it will show you how many days of your trial are remaining. There will also be an option called Unlock with Product Key. You can use this option to "unlock" the app 👍 I can only suggest that you give it a try with Photos to see if it fits into your workflow.

    Welcome to the forum BartCo I've you've tried running the install as Admin and still having the issue, can you have a look at the below FAQ and send me your EventLogs? This may show why the installer isn't working.
