  2. Can you run the Microsoft Uninstaller tool again and when prompted to select a program to uninstall select Not Listed and then enter the following: {6DE3A888-B2F4-45D9-BACD-97D65DBA0679} - this should remove the old version.

  6. A few threads on the web point to the Font Cache. I wonder if using the --disable-font-preview-cache flag makes any difference? Restart Windows so the fonts reappear and then press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog and then type CMD and press Enter. This will launch Command Prompt. Presuming you have the app installed in the default location, type in cd "C:\Program Files\Affinity\Designer\" and press Enter. Now type Designer --disable-font-preview-cache and press Enter - the app will now launch. Did it happen again?
  7. Our developers have identified an issue where our apps can crash on startup when OpenCL Hardware Acceleration is Enabled and you're using an Intel Graphics Card. This issue is related to having traces of an old driver installed alongside a newer driver. Intel have suggested that users remove all traces of Intel Graphics Card drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and then reinstall the latest drivers using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant tool. For more information on how to use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool, please read their tutorial but please use this tool at your own risk. Alternatively, you can turn off OpenCL Hardware Acceleration by following the steps described in [FAQ] How can I disable OpenCL compute acceleration on Windows? or can you use @v_kyr's Affinity OpenCL Disabler tool from here.
  8. If the time isn't changing when unplugged then it should work but not sure what to suggest because the app clearly thinks that you're trying to modify the time/date to extend the trial, which you're not. I take Designer and Publisher do the same when using the 90 day PK?
  9. @Milk Sorry for the delay in replying. Strange that removing LittleSnitch had no affect and you're getting a Update Error. Do you have any hardware firewall? We've not had other reports of this to be honest but I wonder what would happen if you create a new test user account on macOS and try using that?
  10. The Desktop and iPad are pretty much the same app but the iPad app is missing a couple of features that are available in the desktop and they have different interfaces.   12. If the app is closing down after starting you could be seeing another issue related to OpenCL. Have you tried our latest 1.9.2 beta builds?
