  1. Hi Matt, I can confirm that this is a known issue on Windows and it's logged with our developers. I can't offer any other solutions than the ones already mentioned in this thread but I will bump the report again.
  2. Happy to hear you've sorted it! I was using Canva Creator to test so don't have much experience with the Contributor process, sorry.
  3. Thanks for sending the files. I've just exported an SVG from your .afdesign file and it uploads fine to Canva. Did you export the SVG from another document that uses artboards at all?
  4. Is it possible to attach your Designer document to this thread? I've been able to upload two SVGs from Designer without any issues.
  5. Dan is away this week and I wanted to see if you managed to upload a second dump file using the newer instructions from Dan below? This will allow our developers to figure out what's causing the issue.
  6. Morning @marten_larsson - is it possible to Private Message me the licence details you're using and I will look into this further for you 👍
  7. Our apps should install on Window 7 without any issues. I know it sounds simple but have you tried restarting your machine and trying again? The log points to PendingFileRenameOperations which often get resolved by restarting the machine.
  8. 1.9.2 solved all issues related to My Account in the app. What error are you getting?
  9. No worries. I wonder if a SMC reset might work 🤔
  10. If you could provide more info or a screenshot of the issue you were getting, that would be great.
  11. Ok. If you decided to try again in the future, please reply to this thread.
  13. We've had quite a few reports from users that Bitdefender is flagging/blocking downloads from the Affinity Store as being infected with a Gen:Variant.Mikey.119369 virus. We can confirm that all files downloaded from the Affinity Store have all been scanned before being made publicly available to users. This is a False Positive and as been reported to Bitdefender - it can take up to 72 hours for them to update their app.
  15. Sorry to hear that you all had this issue. @John Gasparotto are you still getting this issue?
  16. Below are the registry locations for Affinity Designer 1.9.1. If you remove all of these you will be able to reinstall the app from scratch but please make sure you backup your registry before proceeding. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\888A3ED64F2B9D54ABDC796DD5AB6097 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\888A3ED64F2B9D54ABDC796DD5AB6097 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\888A3ED64F2B9D54ABDC796DD5AB6097 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{6DE3A888-B2F4-45D9-BACD-97D65DBA0679}
  17. We've had reports from other users that after installing all available updates for Windows 7 the apps started working again. Perhaps give that a try?
  18. Our Tech Specs pages lists 938MB of available hard drive space; more during installation. Hope that helps.
  19. Unfortunately this is a known issue with 1.9.2 and Windows 7. Our developers are aware and we can only suggest that you roll back to 1.9.1 for now.
  20. The option to change the installation path only happens when installing the app from scratch and not whilst updating. Your installation appears to be in a state where the 1.9.2 update can see some registry keys that relate to 1.9.1, so it thinks the app is still installed when it isn't. What happened when you ran the Microsoft Uninstaller tool and entered {6DE3A888-B2F4-45D9-BACD-97D65DBA0679}?
