  1. I've had the same error before with other apps when using Family Sharing and this fixed it for me: https://osxdaily.com/2020/05/24/fix-app-no-longer-shared-with-you-error-iphone-ipad/ - If that fails you may need to remove and reinstall the app again. Unfortunately, this is an Apple issue :/
  2. Welcome to the forum @Kimphoto Are you able to check to see if you have a licence.xml in C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0\? You may also want to check permissions on the folder. If everything looks OK, please send an email to corpsupport@serif.com and we'll look into this further for you 👍

  4. @Tony33 I mentioned in my previous post that the issue was logged with our developers and they were working on a fix. Late yesterday, our developers made us aware that they were going to make a fix available in the beta version but it's currently with Apple, who review the build before we can make it live. Unfortunately, we're still waiting on Apple to review the build, so we can't give an ETA for when it will be available but once they give us the OK, it will be available from here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/48-designer-beta-on-ipad/

  7. That's understandable in your situation and i've replied to your email. As I mention in the email, your issues have been logged with our developers to be fixed. There's not much else Technical Support/Customer Service can do once logged as the decision on which issue(s) get fixed and when is decided by our developers.
  8. Thanks for confirming. When we send licence details to companies we normally include links to the downloads along with other documentation. Anyhow, it looks like you've sorted your own issue but thanks for the feedback - I will pass to the Corp team.
  9. Welcome to the forum. I can see from your account that you've downloaded the trial from our website. The 10 day trial doesn't require a Product Key, you just click "Start trial" to activate the 10 day trial period. Can you explain more about your "I received a key from a company" comment? Where did it come from? I look forward to hearing from you.
  10. The UK price has dropped by £1 for our desktop apps. They were £48.99 but are now £47.99. The UK price for our iPad apps has dropped by £0.50p, making them £19.49.
  11. Thanks for attaching your dmp files. Our developers have had a quick look at them and it looks like you're still running version 1.9.2. Is it possible to update Publisher to 1.10.1 on the machine with the issue to see if you continue to have the issue after updating?   17. Is it possible to get a copy of the document to test? Does it always crash when trying to add the letters together? Have you updated to 1.10?
  18. Doh, sorry. Are you able to send me the document you used in your videos so that I can see how it performs for me? If you could send me the benchmarks from both versions of Photo that would be great but I understand if don't want to do that.
  19. Sorry for the delay in replying. Are you able to provide me with a screenshot of your benchmark results from both 1.9.2 and 1.10? You can do this by opening the app and going to Help > Benchmark (without a document open)

  21. According to the bug report you get the message: "Failed to open file - The file is already open in another application" on macOS but not on Windows.
