  1. We will have an update out for macOS today that should resolve this issue. Wait for the update prompt and try again.
  2. Not sure. @lacerto Did you delete these files from your post or My Attachments? If not, it may need investigating to see why they've disappeared.
  3. We have removed the users that you mentioned in your post. Even though they have Affinity in their usernames, they are not Affinity staff. The languages that are shown are taken from macOS System Preferences > Keyboard > Text > Spelling dropdown. Unselecting them from the Setup option still doesn't remove the from the list or from other apps such Apple's Pages.

  6. This is a known issue at the moment and we hope to have it fixed in an update. However, you should be able to get around this issue by using the latest beta builds from here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/32-beta-software-forums/

  10. Not sure if you're wanting to pay for this service but it's against our guidelines to do so through the forum. However, I don't see the issue with you asking other users to recommend or share their experiences with third party proofreading services but we do not support or endorse any of the opinions expressed 😅 As @thomaso and @Wosven have already mentioned above, you would be better off searching outside of this forum for a good proofreader and send them a PDF version of your document.

  12. I don't really understand the question, sorry. As you've already stated, you have the option to select Viewbox or not when exporting to SVG
  13. Unfortunately, our developers have stated in the past that we don't offer 100% of the features for Photoshop Plugins. I'm waiting to hear back from the lead Photo developer to see if he's planning to support Channel Port Suite in the future.
  14. This issue is now fixed for Windows and macOS users in the latest update, 1.10.5.

  16. Feel free to give out our direct email address affinitysupport@serif.com if you get to a thread before Serif staff. Technical Support/QA will normally try similar processes to the ones that you all try when trying to help a customers. If that fails, we then log the file with the developers to see if they can recover it or at least figure out what could have caused the issue. The increase in these reports hasn't gone unnoticed by Technical Support and we'd like to thank everyone who has spent time recovering a file for a customer and/or has tried to recover a file without success. It's much appreciated 👍
