Welcome to the forums Alhow! Affinity apps are completely separate from the Plus range on Windows - they're not compatible with each other. However, you can export your images from Affinity Photo & Designer as a jpg, png, tiff, etc... and import them into Serif WebPlus X6. Hope this helps!

If you open the same image in Preview, is the highlight blown out in that too? Or does it only happen in Affinity Photo?

You could also try removing the latest version of the Wacom driver and installing a slightly older version from here - you could try version 6.3.8-2, this is known to work in Yosemite.

Yep, dragging the app to your trash will remove all traces of the app.

Just to confirm. When you select Photo from the Type drop down and go back and select Print, you'd like it to default to Letter and not A4. Is this correct?

When Edit All Layers is selected you're allowed to select and edit objects across all layers. When it's not selected, you can only select objects from the selected layer. Your video shows that you're working with Groups and not Layers. If you can give more info about what you're expecting to happen, I can look into it further :)

The reason I was asking if you have the latest 6.3.11-3 driver installed is because another user here had the same issue and updating the driver fixed it. You can fully remove Affinity Apps just by dragging them to the trash.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've been unable to replicate your issue using a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet. Do you have the latest Wacom driver installed? You can download the latest version, 6.3.11-3, from here.

Did you use the Export Persona to export to JPG? If so, this is expected. Try going to File > Export instead.

Thanks for getting back to me. Are you using a drawing tablet, mouse or trackpad when using the brushes? Which version of OS X are you using?

The best thing to try first would be to reset the app(s) back to their defaults. You can do this by holding down the CTRL key when launching the app - When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear.

Welcome to the forums kryten68! I would use the Pen tool in Affinity Photo to draw a selection path around the object. You could also use the Selection brush and the Refine Selection Tool to grab objects with fine detail. You can see our Refine Selection Tool in action here:

When you select a device from Page Presets the corresponding device is selected from the 'Actual Size' Zoom drop down. I suspect they're all being shown so that if you decide to choose an Apple Page Preset the relevant profile can be selected in the 'Actual Size' Zoom drop down without messing with the UI. Anyway, I think it would look weird if the only option available was Default when a non-apple device is selected, plus more options the better, but that's just my opinion :) If you find it really annoying, you could create a new thread in the Feature Request section.
