  1. The presentation video is now live here. The good stuff starts at around 22:30 :)
  2. Welcome to the forums Gurro! If you go to Document Setup… > Colour, you will see Colour Format & Profile are still set to the correct Press-Ready settings. Which app did you open the EPS in? If you’ve reopened it in AD, you will need to go to Document Setup… > Colour and tick Transparent Background.

Welcome to the forums neptune :) Nice! Thanks for sharing your work with us!
  4. Welcome to the forums pbr! You're right, the Stroke Brush dialog doesn't work at all - I will log this with our developers. As a workaround, you could create the Brush path in AD and then open the document in AP for editing.
  5. Welcome to the forums Jaison :) Thanks for sharing links to your artwork. Can't wait to see more!
  6. It should be possible to drag the icon from Launch Pad into the Trash can? If not, click on the Finder Icon in your dock and press CMD/⌘ + Shift + A to open your Applications folder. You can delete the app from here.
  7. Welcome to the forum crow :) It's not possible to export to a PSD with editable text, sorry. It is something our developers are hoping to improve over time.
  8. No problem! I'm going to pass this to our developers as it's not working on several machines that I've tried. Thanks for bringing this to our attention :)
  9. That's understandable. You could add the colour palette as an Application Palette on both machines while I investigate further - this seems to work OK. Which OS are you using?
  10. When you open the exported SVG file into DrawPlus X6, you will only see Layer 1 listed in the Layer panel. However, if you expand the layer, you will see a nested Group that when expanded will give you all the layers from Affinity Designer.
  11. Welcome to the forums Now4Now2 :) You could use the Node Tool to select Nodes at the end of the arm and use the Break Curve action to break the lines apart. See the attached demo. Break Curve Action.mov
  12. I'm getting the same result as your 2008 MBP. Which ever System Palette I use, it doesn't reflect the colour of the currently selected object. However, If I use an Application or Document palette, the correct colour is selected. Did you import the colour palette directly into AD on both machines? Perhaps you could reset AD on your 2013 MBP to see if it stops working ;)
  13. Well, Art Boards are listed on the AD roadmap :) I'm not sure about your other suggestions - hopefully one of the developers will swing by and give you a better answer.
  14. Not yet, but our developers are hoping to add better support for Smart Objects in the future :)
  15. Yep, I've seen those people before, including the tentacle killer baby :) Thanks for sharing!
  16. You can go to View > Studio to re-enable Layers, Styles etc.. Hope this helps!
  17. I've seen this message before when opening a PSD that was created in a newer version of Photoshop into an older version. The older version was unable to recognise some of the newer features used within the PSD.
  18. I was confused for a moment thinking it was real! Thanks for sharing & welcome to the forums :)
  19. I agree. I will pass this to our developers. Perhaps you could add your idea to the Feature Request section :)
  20. Love watching people create stuff! Thanks for the share OutlawPete.
  21. Thought this was the case. Thanks for commenting Matt!
