    Hi rgrun1, welcome to the forum :) I'm not sure what our Customer Service team have said to you but Affinity Photo isn't a replacement for PhotoPlus, sorry. It's a completely different app and doesn't support .SPP files. Do you have many .SPP files? You could export your PhotoPlus documents as a PSD files (or try TIFF or PNG) and open them into Affinity Photo for editing. Leigh

    Welcome to the forum dzweig :) Do you have the Controller option in the Brush Context Toolbar set to "Pressure"?

    Your question about the brush lag is most probably answered in this post from one of our developers, MattP: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/8316-strange-lag-bug/?p=34043 AFAIK, there isn't an option to change the "transparent grid" behaviour when moving around. Feel free to add your suggestion to the Feature Request section :)

    Rasterising a layer will raster the pixel layer at the document's dpi. However, the Rasterise... option uses the Nearest Neighbour resampling method which could change the quality of your image - it's not currently possible to change the resampling method when using the Rasterise... option.

    Welcome to the forum ca1 :) Are you referring to the Auto Colour Correction Options? If so, Affinity Photo has similar options: Auto Levels, Auto Contrast, Auto Colours & Auto White Balance. They're all available from Filters > Colours. If you're referring to something else please let me know :)

    Welcome to the forum poctan :) This can normally happen if you've exported your image without an ICC profile or the wrong ICC profile. Feel free to attach some images to this thread or send a link to them via PM for me to help you further.

    Welcome to the forum Chats :) Are you using Windows? If you are, this can be caused by a wrong or bad colour profile in your Window Colour Management settings.     Welcome to the forum MeanDeane :) This is an issue that we're aware of. For some unknown reason their was an error taking payment or passing your order details from PayPal to our store. Our Web team are hoping to roll out an update to our store soon to fix this error and give more information explaining why the error occurred. You can either wait a few days and try again or if you have a debit/credit card, use that instead. Feel free to PM me to discuss this further.

    Hi Charles3012, you might get better results by using the Custom Ratio option and typing in 6x4. This will allow you to drag and crop the image to a 6x4 ratio and then you can use Document > Resize Document to change the DPI ( with resample unticked ).

    Global colours are stored in Document Palettes and they're only available to the document they're saved in. I can only suggest what you've already found - export the Document Palette from the icons document and import into the Web document. Not sure if this is something the devs can improve but feel free to start a thread in the Feature Request section.
