  1. Hi, Last night I purchased Affinity Designer 2 for my iPad after my trial version expired. Followed the procedure on screen and paid for it. Money was deducted from my bank account, however, the app didn't let me login, neither did I get any mail/key for the same. Now when I try to login using my credentials, it gives an error and doesn't let me login. Now I'm stuck with the purchase screen on my app, with the money gone. Attaching the screenshots for the transactions, and the error on the login. Requesting activation or a refund. Thanks.
