ccbdiver got a reaction from walt.farrell in Some files suddenly won't open and state 'includes features from later version' (v1.1)
I see, that is probably the issue. I have publisher, but might have manipulated this file in a trial version of designer (that I don't have). And my computer is showing it as a Publisher file (at least in terms of the icon)... and I didn't even look close enough to realize.
I'm an idiot... thank you for your time and the calification.
