Upgrade to Affinity V2 Universal Licence after already purchasing individual V2 licenses

Hi, did you get an answer to this? I’m wondering if I buy affinity photo for my iPad and in the future if I buy the universal licence (when it goes on sale) do I have to pay full for the full licence even though I would have only bought the photo V2? Or will it be discounted?
