How do I save my images in a Jpeg file? Every time I save an images it is in a Affinity photo file and I want to save as a Jpeg. I need help fast. Victor

My MacBook Pro had to have a new logic board install (By Apple) now I need to reinstall Affinity Photo and Affiny Designer and I don't know how to do this. Wish I could CALL Affinity and someone could help. Need help from anyone!!!! PLEASE !!!!!
