Hi,
I'm very late to this conversation but I'm also having issues downloading the trial version of Publisher. I've tried to download twice now and half way both times I've received a "failed-forbidden" message. I've downloaded and installed Photo and Design however...help

I managed to download and install Publisher. I read a post by MEB who suggested to use a different browser, which I did. Success. Thanks MEB.
