I'm new to this program and I can't figure out why the displayed columns and gutter do not match what is shown in the frame text menu. There are clearly two columns per page, but the menus list either 1 column if I click the page, or 0 columns if I click in a column. I want to be able to adjust the gutter. I'm on a windows machine.
