[Crash on Start (Windows 11)]

funny. Switch off internet, start, switch off OpenCl, close, switch on internet, ... works fine.

Product cannot start with internet.

Windows 11, intel Arc 770, i5-13600, internet vie Telekom 5G router
 

When starting Affinity Photo, the product crashes (or just closes?) without notification after 3~5 seconds. When unplug from internet, it starts in 1 out of 2 tries. 

I used it before on other machines, worked always fine with the 5G internet.
